Ordering

How do I get started?

Your Plan is a predefined meal plan created for you based on your dietary goals, exercise levels and protein preference (Meat, Fish or a Combination of both). Simply progress through the online steps including choosing whether you want a 5 day week plan, the whole week, breakfasts or snacks.

Can I change my plan?

Once you have gone through the steps we will provide you with your diet plan. If you don’t like any of the selections, you have the flexibility to change any item you would like! That means you can swap out the whole meal, every meal or individual items, (meat/fish, carbs or the veg). Just click edit button, next to the line item in your meal plan.

Any additional costs or deductions from selecting a more expensive or cheaper item will be automatically added to your bill.

To make life easy for you and to ensure you get your pre-prepared food regularly without interruption, we give you the option to have ether a monthly subscription or a weekly Subscription.

How much will it cost?

The weekly cost of your is listed at the top of the page once your plan has been created. Several factors influence the pricing of your package, the weekly cost will depend on your nutritional requirements, subscription plan and the length of time that you are a member.

You get significant discounts if you sign up to the monthly subscription and the longer you are with us the more discount you get.

What are the discounts for becoming a member?

To reward our customers who sign up to the monthly subscription we offer 10% discount.

We also offer further discounts for our Silver (10 orders), Gold (25 orders) & Platinum (50 orders) members.

Payments and delivery

Once you are happy with your plan select the “checkout” button. Fill out the form, entering your delivery details, select your preferred day to start your deliveries (either Sunday or Wednesday) and complete your payment details. We accept Debit/Credit Cards including American Express.

Can I Pause or Cancel my subscription?

You can pause your plan for as long as you need with immediate effect if there isn’t an order already being prepped for you.

When you log into your account go to the ‘My Account’ section and click on pause. Here you can select the last date you would like to receive a delivery and the resume date if you know it.

If you would like to cancel send an email across to info@thelionsprep.co.uk and we will take care of that for you.

Do I have to make an order every week?

We are subscription-based service, so you don’t need to remember to log in and make a new order every week!

The Menu

Can I just take a look at the menu?

The menu can be viewed here. We change the menu once every 4 weeks to make sure you and your taste buds stay exhilarated.

Where do you source your food from?

We are proud of every ingredient we use and aim to have everything sourced from local farms and markets such as Billingsgate fish Market, Smithfields Meat Markets and Borough Market and New Spitalfields Market. We ensure our produce is always ultra-fresh and of the highest quality.

How will I know what each meal contains?

All our items on the menu have a full macro and ingredients break down listed on the menu page.

Do you offer halal food?

Yes, we offer a totally HALAL menu. Please mention in the “dietary” section on the meal plan page.

How do I prepare my food?

Our service is to make healthy eating as easy and convenient as possible. Each meal is individually packaged in a microwaveable container ready to reheat. All heating instructions are found on the food boxes themselves, specific to each meal.

How long do the meals last?

Meals will stay fresh for 3 days upon delivery if kept refrigerated. If you are planning on eating the meals after 3 days please freeze them once they’re delivered to ensure freshness.

All expiry dates are found on the food boxes themselves.

Can I freeze the meals?

Of course! We recommend that you freeze meals on day of delivery if you aren’t planning on eating them in the recommended best before date on the food boxes.

What if I have allergies?

If you click on our menu page, each item has a full ingredient breakdown including any allergens.

If you make up an order, there is a section for you to highlight any allergens you have- this will then help us highlight to you anything your order that contains an allergen.

Deliver

How does the food get delivered?

If you live within the M25 your delivery will be made by Gone With the Wind couriers. They will message you on the morning of delivery to notify you of your one hour time slot and tracking details.

If you live outside of the M25 DPD will deliver your parcel. You can download the DPD app for easy access to your delivery information.

Tracking your parcel

We highly recommend to download the DPD app to get the most flexible, effective delivery methods available.

What if I'm not going to be home?

No problem! On the day of delivery you will receive a text message and will have the option to leave your delivery in a safe place or with a neighbour. If left somewhere such as your back garden, a picture of the location will be sent to you via text message.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver all over mainland UK.

What days do you deliver?

We have delivery drops on Sundays and Wednesdays.


Sunday you will receive meals for Monday - Wednesday.

To receive your order on Sunday - for Monday's meal plan - please ensure you order your food by 10pm on the Thursday.


Wednesday you receive meals for Thursday and Friday and the weekend if you have added these to your plan.

To receive your order on the Wednesday, Please ensure you place your order by 10pm on Sunday.
